Hi, I’m Rihana

I’m a psychotherapist offering both in-person and online therapy, and a firm believer that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted.

I’m an integrative therapist with a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, where I also completed my Certificate in Psychotherapy. I hold a BA (Hons) and am an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and shaped by a deep commitment to inclusivity and intersectionality. I work with people navigating a wide range of life experiences, but I’m particularly passionate about supporting those who’ve often felt overlooked in traditional mental health spaces—whether that’s due to race, gender identity, neurodivergence, class, or past trauma.

I believe therapy should be a space where all of you is welcome—your grief, your confusion, your joy, your cultural background, your sensitivity, your messiness.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

What matters most in my work:

  • Depth and curiosity – gently exploring what lies beneath the surface

  • Cultural sensitivity – understanding how your environment, identity and history shape your experience

  • Non-judgemental presence – you set the pace; I’ll meet you where you are

  • Personal and collective healing – recognising how our individual stories are shaped by wider systems and lineages

SESSIONS

Sessions are available online or in person at my therapy space in London, close to Oxford Circus tube station.
