EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed psychotherapy that helps people process and resolve distressing memories, experiences, and beliefs.     Each session is tailored to your pace and needs. You remain in control throughout the process.

    I offer a structured five-session EMDR package designed to provide focused and consistent support.

    Package Fee: £1000

    You can choose from the following two payment options:

    Option 1: Full Payment (Discounted Rate)

    • £950 total (5% discount)

    • Paid in full before the first session

    Option 2: Two Instalments

    • £667 before Session 1

    • £333 before session 4

    Additional Sessions: If further sessions are needed after the initial five, these are available at £100 per session.
