Hi, I’m Rihana — welcome. This is a space for healing, clarity, and self-discovery.

I’m an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, inclusive space to explore whatever’s on your mind or heart. I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal approaches to support people through anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions.

I welcome a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Anxiety, grief, depression

  • Complex trauma and PTSD

  • Neurodivergence (including late-diagnosed ADHD)

  • Identity, sexuality, and gender

  • Narcissistic abuse and coercive control

  • Childhood emotional neglect or abuse

  • Racial trauma and cultural dislocation

  • Couples Counselling & Intimate Relationship Psychotherapy

Every experience is unique—and so is the therapy we’ll build together. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or deeper, longer-term work, you’re welcome here.
