ONLINE OR IN-PERSON THERAPY SESSIONS

I offer both online and in-person therapy, depending on what feels right for you. Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically held weekly. Whether you're looking for brief, focused support or a longer journey of self-exploration, we’ll work together in a way that honours your pace, your needs, and your story. Please note I only offer therapy for adults aged 18+.

Sessions are £100 for 50 minutes, offered in person on Thursdays in London (Therapy Room conveniently located within minutes of Oxford Circus tube station).

Remote session are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday am & pm

  • Depth Therapy

    Depth Therapy explores unconscious influences, early life experiences, and symbolic patterns that shape your inner world. This open-ended approach fosters lasting insight, healing, and transformation.

    Best for:

    Complex PTSD

    Narcissistic abuse recovery

    Grief and identity loss

    Long-standing emotional patterns

    Includes creative tools: guided imagery, dreamwork, sand tray, and archetypal exploration.

    Depth work is ideal for clients ready for long-term exploration and change.
